His fourth effort, “Incognito”, in 1994, did not chart, and Kwame disappeared from the music scene until 2000. He resurfaced as a producer, working with a handful of artists, including Missy Elliott, LL Cool J, Mary J. Blige, and Christina Aguilera. He co-produced “On Fire” with Eminem in 2004 and worked on “Switch” for Will Smith in 2005. Kwame has sold more than 30 million albums as a producer. He also composes music for movies and TV shows, working on “Fantastic Four”, “Freedom Writers”, “Coach Carter”, “Drumline”, and the “Step Up” franchise.
